You receive a written scope before work starts so you know exactly what is and isn't included.
Do you manage all the trades yourself?
Yes. As a licensed builder we coordinate every trade on your project, including plumbing, electrical, waterproofing, tiling and cabinetry. You have one point of contact and one party responsible for the finished result, rather than managing separate contractors yourself.

How long does the renovation process take?
A basic renovation takes roughly 1 to 3 weeks, a mid-range renovation 3 to 6 weeks, and a luxury or structurally complex renovation 6 weeks or more. Most projects land in the 3 to 6 week range, though we'll always confirm a timeline once we've scoped your project.
Do you offer waterproofing and leaking shower repairs?
Yes, we're fully licensed to carry out waterproofing and specialise in repairing leaking showers without shortcuts, whether as part of a full renovation or a standalone service.
What happens if asbestos is found during the strip-out?
Asbestos is common in wall sheeting in older Brisbane homes built before the late 1980s. If we find it, work pauses and we arrange safe removal by a licensed asbestos professional before continuing. We'll flag the possibility during quoting so it isn't a surprise.
Can I still use my bathroom during the renovation?
Unfortunately your bathroom will be out of use during the renovation. We'll plan around this with you to minimise disruption, and in some cases can advise on temporary solutions.
Are your renovations covered by warranty?
Absolutely. All of our work is covered by warranty and complies with Queensland Building and Construction Commission standards. We're QBCC licensed (49737) and take pride in renovations built to last.
